From inside the fish Jonah prayed to the Lord his God!
You can pray to God: * Anywhere * At any level * Anytime * Any day of the week * Morning, noon or night!
Jonah began to LOOK AGAIN at the reason for his hope and the answer to his desperate prayers!
(NIV) “I said, I have been banished from your sight.”
(NL T) “You have driven me from your presence.”
(MSG) “I’ve been thrown away , thrown out , out of your sight.”
The spark of HOPE is rekindled!
Psalms 56:9 “This I know, that God is for me!”
Matt. 19:26 “And looking at them Jesus said to them, “With people this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
vs. 6 “To the roots of the mountains I sank down; the earth beneath barred me in forever. But you brought my life up from the pit, O Lord my God.”
Turn to Psalm 139 : 7-12.
The Lord God spoke to the fish… he communicated to the fish… he gave orders to the fish!
God always has the NEXT STEP ordered out for you.
