National Property Recovered Day 22 nd September 2016 - Review Took place at Castleisland Garda station – 22/9/16 The Crime Prevention Officer, Garda Victims Officer Personnel, PEMS Officer and members of the Community Policing Unit attended. The basic concept behind this initiative was to reunite/return property to the public and it is envisaged further action days will be arranged. Members of the Public were made aware of the dedicated day via social media and local media outlets. A key learning for AGS was the need to engage to a greater degree with social media and this has now been actioned. Chief Superintendent Con 7 th November 2016 Cadogan 22
