Annual Meeting Activities Booth: • Continued the baseball theme • Included raffle ticket in attendee tote bag, did 25 drawings from the booth throughout the meeting • Showed video on a loop • “Hall of Fame” to immediately recognize meeting donors

Our Successes • The video made an impact, both to those who participated and those who saw it. People who didn’t know before what we do know now. Go big. • The Signature Recognition Event attracted both friends and those who didn’t know us – they know us now. • PerioDash 2015 brought previously uninvolved constituents into the family. • Lots of positive comments on our logo, our branding, and how we have “grown” as an organization. • $70K
What did I learn? • If I want results, personal connection is key – as evidenced by the failed “Say something” and sponsor booklet. • You won’t have time to do everything. Didn’t do a 25 Researcher publication, Award recipient baseball cards. • People *want* to be involved…just ask: – PerioDash – Interviewees for Video – Hundreds of raffle entries – All-Stars
