To be eligible for services, a person must have one or more of the following diagnoses:  Autism 14 Area Offices  Intellectual Disability (I.Q. of 69 or below)  Spina Bifida  Prader-Willi Syndrome  Cerebral Palsy  Down Syndrome  High-Risk Child 3 4 Sunland Center MRDP Marianna Florida State Hospital Chattahoochee Tacachale Center Gainesville Mentally Retarded Two Developmental Defendant Program Disabilities Centers 5 6
