JCCC’s History 1980’s one of federally funded Regional Interpreter Consortium Programs 1990’s early attempts to partner with the University of Kansas Originally focused on educational (K-12) interpreting 2002 Dr. Bern Jones’ 2+2 model proposal for partnership with KU Edwards campus failed
