We work in the St Ann’s and Sneinton areas of Nottingham We provide a free advocacy service to our clients Our clients chose to work with us We work in partnership with a wide range of services via the VPP We work together to identify the most vulnerable adults Result of the Fiona Pilkington Case
• Monthly, multi-agency meetings. • Chaired by the Police. • Representation from Housing, Health, City Council and Voluntary and Third Sector. • Profile and support people who are vulnerable .

Information sharing means the most vulnerable are identified All partners can refer in, leading to greater access to services Due to ongoing sharing of information and monitoring the panel can be flexible and creative in its approach Outputs are indentified, monitored and shared with all partners A willingness to work together
