  2. Cymora Trade and Commodities is a trade company based out of San Diego, California, USA. Our primary goal is to supply organic agricultural products from our own farms/factories across the globe. There are more than 50 companies in partnership with us and together we WHO WE ARE make a big Cymora family in the trade business. Our specialty is in providing the product by following simple, non-complicated procedures; we strive to make our customers happy and satisfied every time. We trade in bulk organic agricultural products sourced from globally recognized origins. Our goal is to provide the best organic product to our customers by cutting down on the complications of trade in the wholesale commodity business. Through our farms and partners, WHAT WE DO we have the capability to supply the highest quality organic products to our customers. We have a wide range of customers, from small to large scale companies across the globe. We do our best to operate globally without borders. Our consumer sectors vary from WHO ARE OUR importers/distributers to confectionaries, to refineries, to manufacturers, and more. CUSTOMERS

  3. OUR PARTNERS Our partners are part of our growing family and we believe that they are a core strength of Cymora. Our partners from across the globe help us to provide the best quality from the most recent crops. We keep an authentic and transparent relationship with them. We do our best to resolve issues as they arise, while continuing to maintain productive and healthy partnerships. OUR PRODUCTS Cocoa, Coffee (Arabica, Robusta, Colombian varieties and Ethiopian varieties), Nuts (Almonds, Cashew nuts, Hazelnuts, Pine nuts, Pistachios and Walnuts), Rice (Basmati rice, Jasmine rice, Parboiled rice, White rice, Brown rice, Broken rice, Sticky rice and Pathumthani rice) and Sugar (ICUMSA 45, ICUMSA 150 and ICUMSA 600-1200).   4. MODE OF OPERATIONS We trade in two different ways.\\ 1. We buy products from our partners and re-sell to our customers. 2. We sign tri-party agreements with our partners and the buying company and supply the products as a trade facilitator. We also accept individual brokers to work with us. In such scenarios, we sign non-disclosure and fee protection agreements with them first to protect their payment. QUANTITY Our buying and supplying capability varies from 1 MT to 100,000 MT depending on the product and its requirements. INSPECTION Our preferred company is SGS, but we are also open to work with an inspection company that has been mutually accepted between the buying and selling companies.

  5. OUR SERVICES OUR SERVICES Organic products We supply organic products of multiple origins direct from farms across the globe. Our products are harvested from the latest crops to ensure the freshest quality. Raw materials Along with refined and processed products, we also supply raw materials like sugarcane, raw cashews, and many more to factories/manufacturers. Facilitation At times, Cymora act as a trade facilitator to execute business between the buyer and seller. We handle everything from paper work to custom clearance if requested Logistics Being a trade company, we provide logistics solutions for our customers upon request by helping them with container/vessel shipment. We assure to provide the best possible solution at affordable charges. Payment solutions We provide various payment solutions for our customers upon request by helping them with Letter of Credit via our banking partners.

  6. OUR PROCEDURE AS THE SUPPLIER Cymora as the supplier 1. Cymora will issue the contract to the buyer. 2. The buyer will review and sign the contract and return it back to Cymora. 3. Cymora will countersign the contract and will send a copy to the buyer. 4. After both parties sign the contract, Cymora will issue the invoice to the buyer. 5. Upon receiving the invoice and a copy of the signed contract, buyer will issue the draft Letter of Credit to Cymora. 6. Cymora will confirm the draft Letter of Credit from the bank and confirmation will be given to the buyer to proceed with the Letter of Credit. 7. Upon confirmation of the draft Letter of Credit, buyer will issue Letter of Credit to Cymora. 8. As soon as Cymora’s bank confirms the Letter of Credit, the shipping process will commence. 9. After inspection by SGS or a mutually accepted inspection company, the product will be loaded in the container or the vessel (depending on the quantity). 10. Upon loading the product, Cymora will submit the bill of lading to the buyer. 11. The product will be exported to the port of destination.

  7. OUR PROCEDURE AS THE TRADE FASCILITATOR 1. Cymora will issue the contract to the buyer and Non-Circumvention and Non-Discloser agreement. 2. The buyer will review and sign the contract and will send it back to Cymora. 3. Cymora will countersign the contract and will send a copy to the buyer. 4. After both parties sign the contract, Seller will issue the invoice to the buyer via Cymora. 5. Upon receiving the invoice and a copy of the signed contract, buyer will issue draft Letter of Credit to Cymora. 6. Cymora will get the draft Letter of Credit confirmed from the bank of the seller and the confirmation will be given to the buyer to proceed with the Letter of credit. 7. Upon confirmation of the draft Letter of Credit, buyer will issue Letter of Credit to the seller. 8. As soon as seller ’s bank confirms the Letter of Credit, the shipping process will commence. 9. After inspection by SGS or a mutually accepted inspection company, the product will be loaded in the container or the vessel (Depending on the quantity). 10. Upon loading the product, seller will submit the bill of lading to the buyer via Cymora. 11. The product will be exported to the port of destination. IMPORTANT: If the buyer requires a representative from Cymora to be present at the port of destination during the arrival of the shipment, we will assure to make that happen. In that case, certain terms and conditions will apply which can be mutually discussed between Cymora and the buyer.

  8. PAYMENT TERMS 1. 100% Letter of Credit at sight from top international banks in the world (Our main procedure) 2. 30% after contract and 70% against Bill of Lading (Only on request from the buyer. 3. Cash against Document (Depends mainly on the client and the mutual agreement between both parties) OUR TRADE INCOTERMS CNF (Cost and Frieght) FOB (Free On Board) CFR (Cost and Frieght) CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freigh) FCA (Free Carrier)
