Survey Results • 60% reported that cars were more likely to stop for pedestrian crossing the parking lot • 50% reported they walked, biked or rolled across the parking lot either daily or a few times a week • 56% reported that they were more likely to visit the shopping center because of the improvements 11

  11. Take-Aways • Behavioral change doesn’t happen overnight • Incremental improvements will add up to big impact over time 12
