ICANN from JPA to AoC 1. How will GAC deal with the new role (if any) they have at this new environment? 2. How to improve ALAC/GAC relationship in order to assure users voice will be better considered? 3. Is this new environment take ICANN to be really international in a shorter period of time? Can ALAC/ At Large contribute in a more practical way to accelerate this process? 4. What is the "big picture" of the changes ICANN need to go through? October 2009
