The Financial Intelligence Unit of Anguilla is an entity that receives, analyses reports as it relates to AML/CFT and then disseminates that finding for further investigation as needed. FIU ALSO HAS THE FUNCTION OF COMMUNICATING WITH FIUs IN OTHER COUNTRIES. For Anguilla, the FIU is established under the POCA, 2009. MLRA is the overseeing body while the day to day function of the FIU is administered by members of the Royal Anguilla Police Force.
