Overview Texas Clear Lanes Project Total length: 6.39 miles PRESENT CONDITION Project Scope: – Reconstruct and widen general purpose lanes from 6 to 8 lanes – Reconstruct “grandfathered” existing 2 reversible tolled managed lanes (no PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION increase in capacity) – Reconstruct continuous frontage roads – Numerous intersection improvements Design-build cost estimate: $600M Added capacity shown with purple arrows I-35E Phase 2 Project April 30, 2020 4
