Implemented by The main findings: caracteristics of residential buildings  Over 85% of residential facilities are constructed 20+ years ago, while the number of thermally insulated facilities ranges between 13% and 32%;  In more than 70% of facilities in all municipalities, windows and doors are installed 20 and more years ago, while only 35.6% of facilities in both pilot regions possess thermally insulated windows.
