Clarity Migration Update ● Clarity is live as of 4/5/18! ● Next up: Custom data migration! Includes: ○ Any services that are not in the HUD Data Dictionary ○ Case Notes ○ Documents ○ Custom Fields ○ Coordinated Entry VI-SPDAT questions & Preference Questions ● Tentative availability of services, case notes, and CES data is 6/1/18; meeting to discuss CES data TBD 211 Orange County 3

Sending Client Info to Help Desk The easiest way to let the HMIS Help Desk know which client and enrollment you need help with is to send us the link to the client’s enrollment 211 Orange County 5

Knowledge Base Updates ● All Knowledge Base articles related to version 6 have been removed ● 211OC is in the process of creating/updating KB articles for the new Clarity HMIS ● KB articles Suggestions, please send them to HMIS Helpdesk 211 Orange County 8
CSV Conversion for APRs and CAPERs ● APR and CAPER Reports must be converted to the CSV zip file format required for Repository uploads ● APR and CAPER reports are run within the HMIS ● Downloaded as Excel files ● Converted to CSV zip files outside of HMIS ● Knowledge base article will be available NOTE: SSVF and RHY uploads do not need to be converted Demo 211 Orange County 9
HIC/PIT ● All HIC/PIT data has been finalized and sent to agencies for confirmation ● We did not receive requests for corrections to the data, so it will be submitted as-is ● Finalized HIC/PIT data will be submitted to HUD at the end of this month ● HIC beds will then be updated in HMIS ● Lookout for a PIT Report sometime in May 211 Orange County 10
HMIS Clarity Forms ● HMIS Intake & Exit Forms have been updated to match Clarity ● Forms have been published on the HMIS Forms and Documents page on our website ● Any feedback on the Forms to make the data entry process easier is greatly appreciated! ● Spanish Intake and Exit forms are up next 211 Orange County 11
