  6. Trade • USMCA • China – WTO Case: not fulfilling their tariff rate quota (TRQ) and domestic price support for wheat, rice, and corn. – 25% tariff on U.S. wheat products. No U.S. Wheat sold since March 2018. • Japan – Largest destination for U.S. wheat. – CPTPP will give advantage to Canada and Australia
