INFRASTRUCTURE
I. Infrastructure Penta Tanks Terminals S.A. develops & operates liquid bulk cargo terminals. Its first terminal is located in Paita and started operations in June 2012, serving Maple Etanol, an ethanol producer, as its first customer under a 20 year contract. As to December 2013 the volume of ethanol received is of 98,900 m3. .
I. Infrastructure – Projects The Project Ventanilla Port Terminal (TPV) is located 14km northern from Callao on a 60 hectares piece of land. TPV will develop a private port specialized on bulk cargo (liquids and grains primarily).

I. Infrastructure – Concessions On September 2009, Terminales Portuarios Euroandinos Paita S.A. (company owned by Cosmos and the Mota Engil Group from Portugal), suscribed the 30 year Concession Agreement to invest and operate the Port of Paita. Investments will reach USD 270 millions in 4 stages. First Stage started in June 2012 and includes the building of a new container peer of 12.6 hectares along with 1 dock gantry crane and 2 yard gantry cranes.

The company won in September 2010 a 25 year concession to build, modernize and expand a group of airports in the south of Peru (Arequipa, Juliaca, Puerto Maldonado, Tacna and Ayacucho). Also includes the following companies: Proyecta & Construye S.A.: diseño y construcción de obras. Kubo Ads S.A.: administra y promueve los espacios publicitarios.

II. Logistics Services Neptunia S.A. is the leading logistics operator in Peru with over 30 years experiences in all type of cargo handling. It holds a key rol on the logistics chain for foreign trade and its main location is only 2 km away from Callao Port. Main customers at Neptunia are: (i) Shipping lines, (ii) Importers and Exporters, (iii) Cargo Forwarders and (iv) Logistics operators and Custom Agents. Its main Port Services are: Import & Export Services, Empty Container Storage, among others. Its main Logistic Services are: Customs Warehouse, Bulk cargo terminal, Distribution Center, Neptumóvil (vehicle storage).

Logistics Services Triton Transports S.A. provides freight services countrywide, offering transport solutions for all types of cargo such as containers, general cargo, bulk cargo, oversized cargo, pipeline transport, machinery and heavy equipment, minerals, among others. Triton Transports has a fleet of over 115 trucks.

To date the company has managed to expand their operations to other similar construction services including design, building, transportation, installation and equipment modules in camping lots and barges.

The main objective of the company is to operate as an authorized trust to issue warrants according to financial goods stored in it. With these warrants, customers can obtain financing from the banking system. The main products Almafin receive are: wheat, fish meal, minerals, rice and cereals.

SAASA offers the airlines an integral solution of ground services at the highest quality and safety levels. Nowadays, SAASA provides services in Arequipa, Tacna and Puerto Maldonado.

III. Maritime Services Cosmos Agencia Marítima S.A.C. was incorporated in 1972 and is the leading peruvian company in maritime brokerage and stowage services. Its main services include: Maritime Agency; Stevedoring; Underwater operations; Several services at marine and riverside terminals. Cosmos customers are Shipping Lines from all over the world as well as mining and energy companies. Cosmos operates the main oil and gas terminals over the country, with companies like Pluspetrol, Camisea, Perú LNG, Petroperú, Savia, BPZ Energy among others.
