GET OUT AND PLAY GOLF. I want to see you continuing to visit the facility, playing golf as much as possible through the winter. You'll stay healthier, you'll be more relaxed, and your golf will benefit as you enter next spring. I'd be less positive if I wasn't so confident of the improvements in outerwear. The 2013 rain and wind gear is lighter, less restrictive, less intrusive and warmer. I guess many of you have outerwear for the winter already. If it's a recent purchase then you are already enjoying the benefits of the recent material innovations. Golf in the winter is now more fun, and a lot easier. Get on down to the shop and pull on a new generation rain jacket; stand and take a swing; and you'll be halfway to understanding how much more fun golf can now be in winter. Put on a base layer and just the jacket, take a walk outside, and discover just how warm the lightest of materials now are. Don't take my word for this. Take the test yourself. SO YOU DON'T THINK WE CAN ADD 10, 20 OR MORE YARDS TO YOUR TEE SHOTS Here they come. All the new Drivers replacing models that might Page 3 of 5 Email2DB 29/11/2013 14:08:06

  4. Here they come. All the new Drivers replacing models that might have only been on the market for nine months. That means exciting new models and deals on very recently introduced models. How old is your Driver? If it's over three years old then a couple of big innovations in Drivers released late last year or early this year will bring a measurable improvement (if they're fitted properly). Almost all of the Metal Wood releases in 2013 were about increasing launch and lowering spin, while increasing the performance across a larger area of the face. These Drivers will have the potential to go further, increasing your total distance, but probably more importantly, increasing your average distance. Expect the 2014 Drivers to continue this improvement. Local News RESULTS TIP OF THE WEEK Visit my site to view the tip of the Who has been winning the week. competitions at the club?
