SHS Parent Organizations • School-wide, Parent-led organizations: • There are two parent-led, school wide organizations that work together to support the students, teachers, and families of Sammamish High School. They are the PTSA and STEPS. • PTSA : Parent-Teacher-Student Association . Part of the largest nationwide child advocacy organization. PTSA runs the staff appreciation events, ACT/SAT Test Prep Classes, Reflections, and coordinates legislative advocacy. • Email: ptsa.board@sammamishtotems.org • STEPS: Sammamish Totems’ Enrichment Program Supporters. A grant awarding, fundraising organization.
