Debbie ¡ Our ¡team ¡is ¡working ¡together ¡to ¡meet ¡some ¡very ¡ambi=ous ¡goals. ¡ ¡Our ¡primary ¡focus ¡is ¡ building ¡capacity ¡among ¡Ryan ¡White-­‑funded ¡core ¡medical ¡providers ¡to ¡contract ¡with ¡ Medicaid ¡and ¡Marketplace ¡Insurance ¡plans. ¡We ¡are ¡not ¡only ¡focusing ¡on ¡grantee/ providers ¡but ¡sub-­‑grantees ¡as ¡well. ¡ ¡ By ¡core ¡medical ¡providers, ¡we ¡mean ¡providers ¡funded ¡to ¡provide ¡any ¡of ¡the ¡10 ¡Ryan ¡ White ¡core ¡medical ¡services ¡that ¡are ¡reimbursable ¡by ¡third ¡party ¡payers ¡under ¡the ¡ACA ¡ such ¡as ¡OAMC, ¡MCM, ¡oral ¡health, ¡mental ¡health ¡and ¡substance ¡abuse ¡treatment,. ¡ ¡ [Others: ¡home ¡health ¡care, ¡home ¡and ¡community ¡based ¡service, ¡hospice ¡care ¡and ¡ medical ¡nutri=on ¡therapy. ¡ADAP, ¡Local ¡APA ¡and ¡HIP ¡are ¡not ¡reimbursable ¡by ¡third ¡party ¡ payers ¡under ¡the ¡ACA] ¡ ¡ Our ¡main ¡goal ¡is ¡to ¡increase ¡the ¡number ¡of ¡Ryan ¡White ¡core ¡medical ¡providers ¡who ¡are ¡ contrac=ng ¡with ¡Medicaid ¡and ¡Marketplace ¡Insurance ¡Plans. ¡ ¡Complimentary ¡to ¡this, ¡ we ¡also ¡want ¡to ¡increase ¡the ¡capacity ¡of ¡these ¡providers ¡as ¡they ¡establish ¡or ¡expand ¡ contrac=ng ¡to ¡also ¡expand ¡billing ¡and ¡third ¡party ¡reimbursement. ¡ 8 ¡
