  3. Opening Prayer Loving God, Our Father, Today we gather to celebrate a new beginning, The beginning of a new catechetical year. Open our hearts and our minds to your Word, To your Son, to your Spirit, And to one other. Help us grow in wisdom and love of you As we journey throughout this year With our parish family. We ask this through Christ our Lord. Amen.
