He has worked with major fortune 500 companies such Caesar’s Palace, Delta Airlines and The Gansevoort Hotel. He is not shy of working with and mentoring small businesses with brand development and creative design. He is a product design guru with a specialization in social media marketing and product development.

Approach • WCCF’s systems simplify complicated marketing models into usable principles for businesses, non- profit and governing agencies worldwide. We have experience providing market research, segmentation and penetration that allows companies and organizations to achieve their marketing goals, develop appropriate branding that works while assisting in obtaining and building out various revenue streams that work. Our approach to media relations is grounded in relationships. We believe in creating and cultivating relationships, which allow us to stay on top of the ever- changing landscape and help keep our clients as trusted resources. Social media is the trend for individuals, businesses and organizations. WCCF uses social media to help build meaningful relationships with target audiences, by providing value and being authentic; and the best social media strategies are those that are integrated with other public relations and marketing efforts. • For cost control on this project, the marketing plan and the associated cash flow estimates will provide the baseline reference for subsequent project monitoring and control. For schedules, progress on individual activities and the achievement of milestone completions will be compared with the project schedule to monitor the progress of activities. The final detailed cost estimate will provide a baseline for the assessment of financial performance during the project.
1. Marketing Plan Development no later than October 1, 2019. 2. Implementation of the written marketing plan and ongoing monitoring and adjustment to the marketing plan. Performed between January 1, 2020, and April 2, 2020. Timeline 3. Monthly Status Report Submitted on a monthly basis no later than 7 calendar days after the end of the month. 4. Weekly Update Report Submitted by the Monday of each following week, beginning January 6, 2020, through completion of the Services. 5. Final Project Report Submitted by April 15, 2020.
Budget Monitoring • Budget monitoring for the annual budget for the 2020 Census requires a high degree of planning and cooperation. We will organize our cost and budget management activities into three distinct areas: planning, execution/monitoring, and closeout. Within each area, we have laid out management activities that will occur at the contract level and at the individual order level. This approach enables us to effectively establish the .,_ appropriate contract ‐ level plans and templates while detailing the specific order ‐ level activities to help in delivering financial compliance and management. .,,_ • WCCF are known for our researching capabilities, we are experienced research federal grant writers and evaluators. We understand the data collection and analysis process. Developing the Census 2020 marketing plan once approved, allowing the resulting creative materials to be further developed, tested, validated, and finalized before being deployed in the field. This process will involve multiple rounds of qualitative and quantitative testing as well as numerous touch points for receiving internal and external stakeholder feedback; some examples of potential feedback will be: • Qualitative and Quantitative Testing of Campaign Materials • Feedback from Internal and External Census Bureau Stakeholders • Final Validation of Audience Materials • Consistent Application of Brand Identity • Cross ‐ Team Participation • Coordination with the Broward County
