  12. All missions begin with a Container/Chassis C t i /Ch i Inspection Form. (A Mechanic will fill one of these forms out for of these forms out for each mission.)

  13. The Mechanic will write in all of the information for th the mission. i i If the Trucker does not have a SCSPA bar code on his drivers side door the Mechanic will add one. Example Bar Code Sticker:

  16. Enter Bar Code Number and Motor Carrier Code. Press the “ Validate ” Button.

  17. Enter Tag Number and State, th then Tare. T Press the “ Add New Truck ” button.

  20. Select the “ Tasks ” Tab.

  21. Enter the Booking Number that the Motor Carrier Provides Provides. Press the “ Validate ” button.

  22. Select the appropriate task.

  23. Enter the Container Number and the Chassis Number Chassis Number. Mark Paperwork Collected, and press the “ Accept ” button.

  24. Notice the Equipment Tabs are now visible. Select the Container tab.

  25. Enter the Tare, and MGW. E t Enter the Seal Information. th S l I f ti Move to the Chassis tab.

  26. Enter the Tare for the Chassis. To review and Complete the mission select the “ Summary ” tab.

  27. Enter the Motor Carrier’s Name by Pressing the “ A ” b tt “ A ” button.

  28. Enter the Motor Carrier’s Name, then press “ OK ”

  29. Verify and review details. Press the “ Complete ” button.

  30. At the conclusion of the gate in f th t i process, the clerk will present the p Mission Ticket to the Motor Carrier.

  39. Clerk opens the Summary tab (Because the Clerk is using a “ DA ” booking, the “ All to DA ” option is already selected)

If the Motor Carrier wants to reattempt the outbound mission, the Motor Carrier must p , • complete their inbound mission, exit the outbound lanes, then reenter the inbound lanes.
