  29. How to Start an IPC Chapter Secure Faculty Advisor 1 Your institution should have an engineering or engineering technician program. A faculty member that teaches in that department should support your efforts. Secure IPC Member Support 2 Receive an endorsement from at least one local IPC member. IPC can help identify members and help initiate the conversation. 3 Secure Student Support Organize a group of undergraduate and/or graduate students to participate in your chapter.
