Setting the Scene June 2009 � Province releases “With Our Best Future In Mind” Implementing Early Learning in Ontario: Dr. Charles Pascal October 2009 � Province announces its commitment to support a phased implementation of full-day early learning for four-and-five year olds starting in Sept. 2010 with full implementation by 2015-16 November 2009 � Phase One proposed schools are announced December 2009 � Province announces Every Child, Every Opportunity – Curriculum and Pedagogy for the Early Learning Program
