  2. NEOM Scope: Saudi Arabia’s largest and most Ambitious project to be built from ground up on 26,500 square kilometers land in the Tabuk area and extending 450km along the Red Sea coast. The smart city project aims to promote Saudi Arabia worldwide in 16 economic sectors. Developer: Saudi Public Investment Fund Stage: Construction Estimated value: $500 billion

  3. QIDDIYA Scope: To be a destination for entertainment, sport and culture. The development will feature 300 recreational and educational facilities in five themes: parks and attractions, sports and wellness, motion and mobility, nature and environment, and arts and culture. Developer: Qiddiya Investment Company Stage: Study Estimated value: $4 billion

  4. RED SEA PROJECT Scope: A luxury tourism and leisure destination extending over 28,000 square kilometers on the red sea cost comprising the development of more than 90 islands. The project will also accommodate 58,000 people in 12,000 residential units. Developer: The Red Sea Development Company Stage: Bid Evaluation Estimated value: $9 billion

  5. KING HAMAD CAUSEWAY Scope: A 25 kilometers causeway to run in parallel to the existing King Fahad causeway linking Saudi Eastern Province and Bahrain. The new causeway will have four lanes for cars and double track railway. Developer: King Fahd Causeway Authority Stage: Study Estimated value: $5 billion

  6. KAAR GATEWAY Scope: Four high-rise towers 150 and 180 meters in height providing 310,000 square meters of mixed-use space within the King Abdulaziz Road master plan in Mecca. The project comprises two five-stars hotels, one four-stars hotel, and luxury residence tower. The project also comprise six-floors shopping mall. Developer: Umm Al Qura Stage: Construction Estimated value: $800 million
