(AMANC) is an authorized donation institution and each year the permit is renewed, publishing itself in the Offjcial Gazette. The Law on Income Tax (ISR) indicates the amounts that can be deducted for individuals and corporations. For Individuals: Article 176 (extract) The total amount of the donations referred to in this section will be deductible up to an amount that does not exceed 7% of the accumulated income that serves as a basis for calculating the income tax charged to the taxpayer in the immediate exercise prior to the one in which the deduction is made, before applying the deductions referred to in this article. For Moral Persons: Article 31 (extract) The total amount of the donations referred to in this section will be deductible up to an amount that does not exceed 7% of the taxable income obtained by the taxpayer in the period immediately preceding that in which the deduction was made.
