Policy Updates - First Reading Highlights Policy Policy Title Procedure updated to note Health Services Director oversees Automated External AED program, to include teachers in AED training, and notify 3412 Defibrillator Health Services of service needs. Revised maintenance checklist to include weekly checks. Revised to reference and reflect new legislation. Added Medical 3416 Medication at School Marijuana section, updated procedures for administration of medication, added cross reference to new Policy 3423. New policy reflects House Bill 1095: allows a parent/guardian of a child diagnosed with a terminal or debilitating medical condition to Parental Administration 3423 administer marijuana-infused products to their child on school of Marijuana grounds, aboard a school bus or while attending school- sponsored events. Student Fees, Fines or Revised consistent with WSSDA model policy and clarifies 3520 Charges student record transfers. Reflects SPS practice and language.
