Goals of the 2010-2020 IMP The following seven strategic objectives were identified as the goals for the 2010-2020 IMP : • Increase Student Housing • Update Academic Facilities • Strengthen Wentworth’s Core Campus and Student Life Programs • Improve Campus Edges • Enhance Pedestrian Connections • Promote Responsible Student Behavior • Achieve New Levels of Sustainability 4

IMP Amendment The 45,000 square foot Center for Engineering and Technology is now the 69,000 square foot MpA Building: • First amendment to the Wentworth IMP • Requires 2-step review with Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) • IMPNF review and comment period is concurrent with EPNF • Following IMPNF review, IMP Amendment is submitted • Following 60-day comment period, IMP Amendment is approved by BPDA • Zoning Commission hearing on the IMP Amendment • Mayor’s signature and BPDA Agreements to follow 5

Community Benefits Center for Community & Learning Partnerships (the Center) 553 Huntington Ave • The Center’s mission is to facilitate and strengthen partnerships that yield transformative educational experiences while creating mutually beneficial, extraordinary community outcomes. • We foster long-standing partnerships that promote reciprocal benefits to the Boston community as well as our students, staff and faculty. 7

Community Engagement • 2015-2016 Snapshot: • VITA(Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program): • 6 students volunteered • 111.5 hours at ABCD Parker Hill/Fenway • Prepared 89 tax returns • $256,649 returned to the community • Community Work Study: • Students: 77 • Hours: 3,484.1 • Amount of Federal Work Study funds paid to support students working in the surrounding community: $61,627.20 • # of Community Partners: 16 8

College Access: Boston Pipeline • 2015-2016 Snapshot: • RAMP: 27 Boston students served, including 5 high school females • Dual Enrollment: 42 students from neighboring Boston Public Schools enrolled • SAT Prep : 195 students served in partnerships with Fenway High School and Edward M Kennedy Academy for Health Careers (EMK) • 269 Boston students accepted to Wentworth in Fall 2016 • First year retention 89% for RAMP students vs 84% overall Wentworth students. 10
