Click ‘Student Requirements’

Select the appropriate Award Year

Unsatisfied Requirements are listed on the top, Satisfied requirements are listed on the bottom

Submitting required documents • Upload required documents securely via mappingXpress – Instructions can be found at www.ramapo.edu/finaid • Via snail mail • In person in the Financial Aid Office Documents CAN NOT be faxed or emailed

Accept or Decline your Direct Student Loans

Reminders • Once you have accepted your Federal Direct Student Loan make sure to go to www.studentloans.gov to complete online Entrance Counseling and your Loan Agreement for a Subsidized/Unsubsidized Loan (MPN).

Reminders • Detailed instructions on how to provide documents to the Financial Aid Office via MappingXpress as well as instructions on how to accept your student loans can be found at www.ramapo.edu/finaid • NJ Residents make sure that you complete the required additional state questions to determine your eligibility (if any) for NJ state grants. To provide this information online, you must login to HESAA’s student information system, NJFAMS https://njfams.hesaa.org.
