Public Feedback Outreach in fall 2012 yielded more than 1,200 comments: • 9 public meetings • E-mail and U.S. mail • Multiple operator outreach sessions • Online survey • 16 City Council meetings • Dedicated project phone line • 3 tabling events 10

Route 130 Recommendation: • Split into two routes: northern segment will end at Colma BART • Improve weekday frequency • Extend service span on the weekend 26
Route 131 Recommendation: • New route which follows former Route 130 in South San Francisco and then extends to Serramonte • Improve weekday frequency • Extend service span on the weekend 27
Route 132 Recommendation: • Operate select trips on school days only • Duplicates service provided by Routes 131, ECR, community shuttles 28
Route 133 Recommendation: • Discontinue portion of route between Serramonte and Tanforan due to low ridership/duplicative service • Other service options provided by ECR and Route 131 • Improve frequency to 30 minutes all day (weekday and Saturday) • Introduce 60 minute service on Sunday 29
Route 140 Recommendation: • Straighten route along Sneath Lane between Cherry Ave and San Bruno BART and along Longview Drive. 30
Route 141 Recommendation: • Realign route via San Bruno Ave rather than Jenevein Ave to serve Shelter Creek riders • Run only select trips on segments along San Mateo Ave and 3 rd Ave 31
