Set Up Basics • Girls choose troop number from a drop down menu or select “I don’t know/see my troop/group #” • Girls are unable to edit name, but can enter a nickname • Answer questions about her goals and what Girl Scouting means to her

Entering Order Card Sales • Parents have until Oct. 13 to enter the total of each item sold on the order card into the webstore • If the parent did not submit an order, troops can input orders for girls from October 14 – 16. • Online Girl Delivered items are already included in the troop product order.
Online Storefronts Magazine selections include all Time, Inc. titles and subscription kits for kids
Customer View Remember: Customers pay for girl delivered items at the time the order is placed online. Girls will not collect money for these items from customers at time of delivery

Emailing Through Webstore
Entering Order Card Orders • Find directions on how to enter paper orders in your Volunteer Guide. • If a girl is missing from your troop, contact council before Oct. 14, or use the option to +Add Girl Scout found here from Oct. 14 – 16.
Reports • View reports by total sales or by product. • Click a girl name to view the specific details of individual girls.
M2 Webstore Help Please refer customers Hours of with questions about operation for their orders or fulfillment M2’s customer of their orders, to M2’s service are customer service team. Issues or concerns are 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., more quickly resolved EST. when representatives are able to speak directly with customers.
NOVEMBER 4 - 8 Troop Product Pick-Up & Distribution • Print Delivery Tickets from the online dashboard. • Pickup product, count and verify order. • Transport and store product properly to protect from melting. • Distribute product to girls - Always get a signed receipt from parents! 39
Financial Guidelines The Parent Agreement form protects the troop from financial liability. Do not give sales materials or product to a parent FORMS who has not given you a signed form! Always get a receipt when distributing product or accepting RECEIPTS money. This tracks financial responsibility. Troops are responsible for reporting any parents with DEADLINES Product Theft to the council by December 4. 40
Reporting Product Theft Go to www.girlscoutcsa.org > Cookies+ > Fall Product Program > Forms > Product Theft Form by December 4 Product Theft Form requires: • Signed Parent Agreement form • All signed receipts for product the parent received • All signed receipts for money the parent paid • Copies of any communications with the parent (email, texts, social media, time/date of phone calls or voicemails) • Amount of money still due 41
Important Deadlines • All forms are due: September 23 • Order card and Online Girl Delivery: September 27 – October 13 • Troops must verify that all orders have been input: October 14 – 16 • Online Direct Ship and Magazines only: October 14 – October 30 • Complete all reward selections: October 31 • Product will be delivered to service units to distribute to troops: 1st week of November • Product Theft forms due: December 4 • Money due in troop bank account: December 6 42
