Cintique Guarantee Due to the continued confidence in the Cintique product, craftsmanship and quality, we offer a Lifetime Guarantee* on all frames and springs. All other parts carry a 1 year guarantee against faulty workmanship. Reclining chairs and riser recliners come with a 2 year guarantee on mechanisms and motors. *All orders placed on or after 14th August 2017. Any product purchased before this time is covered by our previous guarantee of 10 years on frames and springs. The guarantee period is effective from the date of manufacture of the product. We reserve the right to, at our discretion, repair or replace any such Cintique product or part subject to: •Proof of purchase. •Product remains with the original purchaser and is not re-sold. The guarantee is not transferable. •Product has been used for domestic use only. •Product has not been mis-used or abused. •Product has not been modified or repaired or shows evidence of an attempted modification or repair by any person not authorised by Cintique. General wear of fabrics and fillings is normal and is not covered by our guarantee.
