Schedule Free Home Audit (by Program Consultant)… Attic, basement/crawlspace, wall insulation (visual inspection) Combustion safety test on gas equipment (hot water heater, etc) Blower door testing (measures air leakage within home) Heating/Cooling equipment (visual inspection, need make/model number for Energy Efficiency rating) Direct Install Measures (kit includes power strip, LED bulbs, showerhead, etc) Work with selected Contractor through Installation… Work scope prepared, by Program consultant, for recommended upgrades; Contractor recommended Work scope sent to selected contractor, contractor follows up to set appointment After meeting/agreement with homeowner, contractor submits final work scope for funding approval Once approved, work scheduled/begun Homeowner out of pocket payment arranged with contractor, separate from Ameren Efficiency Program 5
