Questions for Sli.do Event code: #longevity • We strongly believe in the value of intergenerational learning but also recognise that a diverse age mix could provide a challenge to group focus. Accordingly which is the most appropriate age range: a) 45-55 b) 35-65 c) 25-75 • We want to deliver meaningful impacts for individual participants however will need to be able to demonstrate the overall effectiveness of the pilot. Drawing on the same material may help with group outcomes. With this in mind, should the content be: a) Linear – everyone has the same experience/draws on the same materials b) Differentiated – core content with elective modules for individuals • Optimum class size for many of City Lit’s classes is 15 learners. This would also allow for equally sized smaller group work, but we may want a larger cohort to better demonstrate impact or accommodate a broader range of life experiences. Should the cohort be: a) Single group of 15 b) Single group of 30 c) Separate groups of up to 15 participants?
