Intermediate feedback is helpful This feedback reassures users that they are on the right track, e.g. “you are half-way there” Use sound to attract attention Having a sound before any instruction grabs user’s attention and alerts them that a new instruction is coming up. @WayfindrStd • #Wayfindr

Vision impaired people do not like long or very detailed instructions due to the time required to think about and process the information.
