Study Methods to Assess Impact of Disability Training Program • Conducted an 18-month, mixed-method longitudinal study (2017-2019) Ø pre/post surveys Ø 1:1 interviews Ø monthly reports • A sample of 100 leaders (pastors, traditional healers and government leaders) • After the 1-day, low cost training, the leaders: Ø Gave advocacy talks reaching 46,000+ people Ø Facilitated 2,825 counseling sessions or referrals for families impacted by disability
