About the ROLL IT Program The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) - DPWH Convergence Program or better known as the Roads Leveraging Linkages of Industry and Trade or the ROLL IT Program was formalized through a MOA signing on November 29, 2016. Through the efficient and more coordinated efforts between the DTI and DPWH, the ROLL IT Program aims to identify, prioritize, and implement road access infrastructure leading to various industries and economic zones in a technically-correct and politically- participative process. During its first-year, the ROLL IT Program amassed a Php 12.3 B budget with a total of 229 projects amounting to 492 kilometers worth of road projects for FY 2018.)
