1. ‘The community’ is not just developers, but also agencies, business, clients and talent.
2. Define your identity. What do you do? Who do you do it for? How should people recognise you? Lay it down and use it consistently and repeatedly.
3. Experiment with advertising, hiring people and whatever ‘the community’ calls for. Only when in motion, can you adjust course.
4. Plan, Do, Check and Act. If it means it will be better for the ones you are trying to help. It’s not for you. (although it’s an essential part of the fun)
