Introduction Survey Maintenance Integrity Testing Contact The purpose of the Aiken Group Maintenance Portal is to efficiently plan and track door maintenance remotely or onsite. Technicians are able to, in real-time, report work they have carried out, download technical specifications, view work packs as well as raise material requests, whilst the system automatically updates the master database. The database containing the collected data can then be analysed statistically, providing clients with an accurate overview.
