RC of Wenatchee – provides immediate Aide • 2010 earthquake – Urgent aid • Buckets and water filters to Milot, Haiti • Rotary Club of Wenatchee project • 2010-present – Larger water filter purchased, installed and maintained • Transfer to local community for ownership and maintenance

THE INITIAL PROGRAM: Four Pilot Projects Each Pilot Project Single commune (town) “Champion” Rotary District 5 years Expanding to other communes based on successful model
