Lockdown Scenario How restaurant owners manages to attract customers and continue to run their business during lockdown and after.
Problem Identified PROBLEM DESCRIPTION How restaurant owners will take care of all the customer needs by following all the steps to be taken for social distancing and hygiene for customer health and also how they gives the confidence to the user about the health safety. WHY IS IT AN URGENT PROBLEM? There are many restaurant which are in loss because they don’t know how to handle this situation and run the restaurant business with all the constraints of Covid-19 effect and also there are many customers who are actually looking forward to visit restaurants where they can have the confidence of health safety and hygiene.

Brainstorm and Analyze Ideas Study so we can start to understand how all the data and information we’ve collected may impact our design. 4. Develop Solutions By considering our research and ideas we create one or multiple small scale design solutions. 5. Gather Feedback & Improve Present your ideas to as many people as possible: friends, teachers, professionals, and any others you trust to give insightful comments. Reflect on all feedback and decide if or to what extent it should be incorporated. With this Design Process we refine and clarify them.
Impact As we are trying to avoid person to person contact through the restaurant application, where we provide all the details and guidelines of how we order food through the application and parking navigation, which makes customers feel safe , confident , and happy . Customers can spend quality time with family, friends, and business meetings without any concerns.
Execution We develop a mobile application where customers can check the list of restaurants and can select their choice of the restaurant where they will be guiding with the new changes and will be displaying the guidelines and safety measures restaurant following to maintain hygiene and customer health safety. In addition to that, we can also provide an online menu card to order the food and vehicle parking details and all ways of communication can be done through the mobile app which helps in maintaining the social distancing in restaurants.
