Concept: Electric Generating Facilities • APPLIES TO: – All boilers, auxiliary steam boilers, and stationary gas turbines at electric generating facilities that generate electricity for compensation � 10 sites in 9-county area • CONCEPT EMISSION SPECIFICATIONS � For “large DFW systems” provide option of input based limit of 0.033 lb/MMBtu with no system cap or an output/efficiency based limit in lb NOx/MW-Hr. � For “small DFW systems” provide similar option at 0.060 lb/MMBtu input based limit.
