PATIL SCHOOL OF DATE 13- 01-2016 ENGINEERING REPORT HAM Radio Presentation & Live Demonstration 11/01/2016, Auditorium & Tares, DYPTC Event Date and Place Organized by E &TC Department, SoE  This event was organized under “Ajeenkya D Y Patil HAM Radio Club”. It started with basic installation of HAM radio in D Y Patil University.  After installation of antenna, presentation and live demonstration was held at auditorium.  The event started at around 4 pm in the evening through a presentation by Mr. Vilas.  Then at around 5 pm live demonstration was conducted in which Mr. Vilas made communication to the fellow HAM members on Event Activities HAM line. This was the first communication made in ADUPU through HAM.  Also students were given chance to communicate to the fellow HAM’s on HAM radio.  Everyone enjoyed the event and more interest was created in students for HAM radio.  Later at around 5.30 pm Mr. Vilas showed the actual antenna install ation and explained it’s working.  It was a nice experience for students as well as staff about HAM Radio.
