Psychological Assessment Update New Psychological Assessment provider approved Providers who can deliver psychological assessments for any person employed in a Children’s Residential facility now include: Psych Check White and Associates Psychologists For more information please visit the Psychological Assessment Service Provision Requirements page of DCP’s website
Psychological Assessment Update Psychological assessment service providers application form for approval form Following your feedback, psychological assessment service providers must now: Complete non-suitable reports within 21 days of assessment Each Psychologist within the organisation to be individually assessed AHPRA registration Professional indemnity and public liability insurances Trained aligned to requirements in the Psychological assessment service providers Application for approval form Submit copies of registration and insurances on an annual basis

Placement utilisation and data Exception based reporting On a quarterly basis DCP to provide a report to enable exception based utilisation reporting will include placement data Residential Care & Family Based Care Service Providers, can verify and advise of discrepancies To be introduced as part of 2019/2020 Q1 quarterly reporting process DCP Contract Managers will provide directly to service providers Calculate adjusted family based payments (e.g. due to growth) Please refer to the Placement Utilisation Summary Report Information Guide for examples and explanations In the future, looking to increase distribution frequency to monthly to allow for periodic validation (stop checks) throughout the quarter
