TCPL • Eastern LDCs reached an agreement with TransCanada on 2018 to 2018- 2020 2020 tolls Tolls Status Update • TransCanada filed its Tolls Review Application on December 18, 2017 • Interim tolls consistent with application approved by the NEB in December 2017 • NEB issued procedural order on March 16, 2018 Next Steps • September for pre-hearing process • NEB to provide additional procedural direction later in 2018 6
Post-2020 • Long term toll structure on the Mainline is of interest to the market Segmentation • In-franchise customers are directly impacted • Segmentation = EOT separate from “Western Mainline” for tolling purposes • Looking forward to TransCanada consulting with shippers and proposing tolling methodology for the various segments • Timing: Need to ensure tolling framework in place by January 1, 2021 7
