Customer-Centered. You are the expert on local needs! Customer-Friendly. Support nationally (core materials & resources), adapt locally. Customer-Responsive. Dissemination is not a one-time event. The ACT Network will evolve over time in response to customer needs & demands. Local CTSA feedback is crucial. Advance the Science. Data analytics/evaluation will inform on-going dissemination efforts. Lessons learned will inform scale-up and spread of other NCATS-supported innovation.
Approach: • Use co-branded materials to emphasize local endorsement of ACT Network – you are the trusted information source for your investigators! • Offer language, images and templates for dissemination materials for easy local adaptation and use with minimal local administrative burden . • Develop and support interactive web resources (video tutorials, FAQ’s, educational tools) and usage benchmarking with minimal local web maintenance burden .
