Crest Financial Lease Creation Steps to Create a Crest Lease.
Application. In order to submit the application, please fill out the required fields. Upon approval, a customer must have the following to complete a lease: mobile phone that can § receive text messages debit/credit card to pay § the initial payment.

1. E-Sign Option via DocuSign. The e-sign process happens on DocuSign’s website. We have integrated with DocuSign to ensure this process is smooth and seamless. Upon the customer signing the docs, you will automatically proceed to the next step on our portal.
2. Email to E- Sign Option. Once the ‘Email for E- sign’ has been clicked, the customer will receive an email with a link to sign the docs via DocuSign. After the customer signs, Crest’s system will update immediately and the ‘Continue’ button can be clicked.
3. Print, Sign & Upload Option. If you decided to Print, Sign & Upload, select the Print button to print and when the customer has signed, tick the box before proceeding.
Initial Payment. Enter the customer’s debit/credit card here for the initial payment. $52.92 (includes tax) The initial payment is entered after signing the lease because this payment covers the time between delivery of the items and the first payment.

Lease Completed. After the lease has been created, you can ‘Confirm Delivery Now’ although this option is only to be used if the customer is taking the product with them the same day. Confirmed Delivery Date is only to be entered AFTER the delivery has happened. Once the lease is completed and signed, Crest will contact the customer directly on their mobile phone. This is to welcome them, confirm their Retailer Portal identity, and answer any questions they might have.
Crest Portal – Confirm Delivery Button.
