SAFETY Every employee must undergo and successfully complete R-Tex Services, Safety Training Course, prior to being allowed to work on any project. Employees are trained to understand and comply with the latest OSHA/MSHA rules and guidelines, in addition to any project specific requirements that may apply.  R-Tex employees are trained to understand how to execute and safely perform each assigned task.  JSA’s (Jobsite Safety Assessment) are completed daily on every project, at the start of every morning, and updated in the event job conditions change.  Pre-Employment & Post-Accident drug testing is strictly enforced.  R- Tex’s “Site Specific Safety Plan” encompasses hazard communication, emergency response, as well as several other construction requirements.  R-Tex safety program is implemented and strictly enforced on each and every jobsite.  R-Tex provides continuing safety education training for all our employees, at the company expense.  R-Tex complies with OSHA and MSHA standards.  An R-Tex safety supervisor is appointed to every project performed by R-Tex.

INTEGRITY SERVICES • R-Tex has the capability to determine the exact location of pipeline leakage, the extent of the damaged area, as well as determine the best procedure to implement to ensure optimum results in restoring the integrity of the pipeline. • R-Tex offers multiple options to restore your pipeline leakage. As opposed to replacing the damaged section of existing piping, some repairs can be performed simply by installing a composite wrap material around the damaged section of piping, or either installing a full encirclement welded sleeve around the damaged section of piping, dependent upon clients requirements. • R-Tex integrity services capabilities include:  Matting (If applicable)  Pot-Holing to ensure exact location of pipeline  Excavation and Shoring  Sandblasting  NDE assessment of pipeline area to be repaired  Install either a “Type - B” Full Encirclement pipe sleeve, or a Composite Wrap Lining around the section of damaged pipe area.  NDE examination of welding (If applicable)  Recoating repaired section of pipeline  Holiday Testing of coating  Backfill and Compaction of excavation area  Clean up and Restoration of land
