About us History 2001 - The Vesta Quik-Build System was launched following the major earthquake in the state of Gujarat, • India in January. 2002 - The construction of 50 low-cost homes was ordered from the Government of Andhra Pradesh, India. • 2003 - A strategic alliance was formed with India’s conglomerate Tata Steel Ltd., to license and use Minaean • SP Construction Corp.’s Vesta Quik-Build System for construction. 2005 - The Artisan Quik-Build System was launched in Portland, Oregon, as well as in Gujarat, India. • • 2006 - The Modular Quik-Build System was launched. 100 gas stations were fabricated and installed for Shell Marketing Pvt. Ltd. in 24 months. • 2007 - Three prefabrication plants were set up to execute modular buildings and modular bus shelter contracts. • 2009 - Completed construction of the first 8 storey building using Minaean’s Artisan QBS – Light Gauge Steel system in Eugene, Oregon, USA 2011 - Minaean SP Construction Corp. launched a business promotion wing “Minaean Ghana Inc.” in Accra • based on the initiatives from Canadian Commercial Corp. (CCC) to promote affordable housing projects in Ghana. • 2015 - Indian conglomerate Shapoorji Pallonji acquired controlling shares of Minaean International and renamed the company Minaean SP Construction Corp.

Projects under execution The Hilton Freetown Cape Sierra Hotel April 2016, Minaean SP Construction Corporation announced that its newly formed subsidiary in Sierra Leone, Minaean SP (SL) Ltd., has been awarded with a subcontract for the construction of Hilton Freetown Cape Sierra Hotel, Sierra Leone, currently in progress. The subcontract, valued at USD 1,004,650, involves local procurement and execution of the contract using local labor force. The new Hilton Freetown Cape Sierra Hotel will be included in the Hilton Honors Program and will benefit from the prestigious Hilton Worldwide global reservation network. Construction of the new Hilton Freetown Cape Sierra Hotel is expected to be completed in third quarter of 2016. The new property will be a resort and business hotel located in Freetown, overlooking the local coastline, which incorporates one of the natural harbours in the world. Work has commenced onsite and the Hilton Freetown Cape Sierra Hotel, which is due to open in 2017, will feature 200 rooms, including 17 suites, a business center, health club, outdoor pool, and five restaurants & bars.
