Any arrangements made should be mutually agreed between operator and participant. **SSG subsidy for each individual is subjected to several variables determined by SSG at point of subsidy application (e.g. applicant’s age, sponsorship, organisation type, schemes etc)

3a. Programme Milestones – Compulsory Modules Complete in Year 1 How to register in ONE@ECDA? For Participants  Refer to the Compulsory Module schedule for 2019  Register for the Compulsory Modules in ONE@ECDA starting from 17 Apr 2019 (follow steps on the right)  Discuss with your operator on any course fee arrangement  After successful registration:  If you are company-sponsored, please apply for SSG subsidy via the Skills Connect portal  If you are self-sponsored, NIE will put up your SSG subsidy application  Make payment to NIE after your subsidy is approved  Attend and complete the training you have registered for

3a. Programme Milestones – Compulsory Modules Complete in Year 1 How to register in ONE@ECDA? For Operators  Nominate (follow steps on the left) or approve (follow steps on the right) your leader’s application for the Compulsory Modules through ONE@ECDA  Discuss with your leaders on any course fee arrangements and/or away-from-centre work arrangement Provide support and guidance

3a. Programme Milestones – Compulsory Modules Complete in Year 1 After completion, how to record hours for PDP? For both Participants and Operators • After completing the compulsory modules, the hours will be automatically updated in ONE@ECDA • Participants and operators only have to check and verify that participant’s CPD portfolio has been updated accurately 2 months after completion date of course (Please do not update hours in CPD portfolio again) • Inform ecda_pp@ecda.gov.sg if there has been no recorded entry of the training hours.

3b. Programme Milestones – Overseas Study Trip Complete in Year 2 or 3 Leaders have to embark on one overseas study trip: For Participants For Operators  Look out for the overseas trip schedule from ECDA  Provide support and guidance, and in Year 2 and 3 discuss with your leaders on work arrangement for the centres while  Register for the trip dates you wish to attend they are away  No payment to be made to ECDA as the trip is funded  After completion of the trip, submit your deliverables to ECDA for CPD hours to be recorded ( More details will be provided later)

3c.
