The HTC Goal The goal of the Hospital Transformation Consortium is to build a group of hospitals and other stakeholders that work together to support hospital collaboration and create a community of shared best practices in transforming areas of Quality & Data Reporting & Financial Processes in order to improve the value for the patient.
Communication Consortium of hospitals from 3 states will be able to communicate through both a quality and a financial list-serve. It will allow hospitals to share information , best practices or request assistance from one another. Many times if you need help with a process, another hospital will have the answer. No need to reinvent the wheel. Share and Collaborate!
